Step outside to enjoy the concrete patio, complete with a gas grill—ideal for a relaxed evening barbecue or morning coffee in the fresh air. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this cottage provides the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. Guest access 4 digit code provided to guests ~1 week prior to check-in. Other things to note From July 11th to Labor Day, we require a 7-night minimum stay with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. If your travel plans fall outside of these dates, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate you (NOTE- this requirement has been waved for remaining 2025 summer dates). NOTE: the Bayside Barndo (1 bedroom; sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa) is adjacent to our property and may be available for larger groups. Please inquire for details and availability.
