The space The house is 140 m² and spread over two levels. It also features a 20 m² veranda overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a spacious living-dining area and kitchen of over 60 m². There is also an outdoor terrace with a retractable awning. You will find five bedrooms in total: Two on the ground floor and three upstairs. Ground floor: • One bedroom with a 160x200 cm queen-size bed and a wooden baby crib. • Another bedroom with a Hemnes daybed (80x200 cm) that opens out into a 160x200 cm queen-size bed. Upstairs: • One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. • Another bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds joined together with a luxury mattress topper, creating a 180x200 cm king-size bed. • The last bedroom has a loft bed (90x200 cm) with another single bed (90x200 cm) underneath. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor, and a shower room with an additional toilet (sanibroyeur) upstairs. 👀 Linen: The concierge welcoming you offers quality cotton sheets and towels for rent at a very reasonable price (available on request only). 🚗 Electric vehicle charging: It is not possible to charge electric vehicles at the house. Charging stations are available nearby. Guest access You will have the pleasure of enjoying every corner of the house, the pool (depending on the season), and the garden all to yourself! With no overlooking neighbors, it will feel like you’re alone in the world, facing the mountains and under the southern sun! There are four different dining areas for you to use, enough to meet all your expectations!
