Other things to note This charming new beach cottage is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. With 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a large living area and a screened in patio and porch with gas grill in the back there is room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. The living room is sunny and spacious, and features a large flat panel television and cushy seating. The dining area offers seating for eight guests and access to the back porch. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary wifi. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.
