Welcome to Casa Anchor, our beautiful 3bed/2bath single family home centrally located in Port Saint Lucie where you are close to everything! This home will make the perfect getaway for your family. The home sleeps up to 8 people, which includes 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a pullout sofa. We have Lots to do with ping pong, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and board games galore. If relaxing is more your style, sit in the adirondack chairs around the propane fire pit or get a massage in our massage chair! The space The home is a spacious 3 bed 2 bath with 1600 sq ft under air Conditioning. The theme is nautical with shades of blue throughout. There is a Master bedroom with queen bed, Roku tv, make-up light-up vanity, and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen as well, which features a desk for working and a roku tv. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is situated between the two other bedrooms. The Living and dining rooms are open and spacious with plenty of seating around the 65 inch Roku tv with electronic fireplace. There is beautiful porcelain tile throughout the home as well. Outside in the backyard, you will find a large screened-in patio with Ping Pong table, Giant Jenga, and cornhole boards. You will also find a large seating area with teal blue loungers. In the yard, you will find a privacy fence, large mango tree, avacado tree, and the propane firepit with 6 adirondack chairs ready to be enjoyed. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house. You can even park your car/cars in the garage if you would like. The laundry machine and dryer are in the garage. Other things to note April through May, our large mango tree in the backyard is in full bloom and will be dropping lots of delicious mangos! feel free to pick them up and enjoy them. Enjoy our New Snow-cone machine! just drop some Ice in the top and enjoy! 3 minutes to River Park Marina and boat ramp 5 minutes to our favorite Thai restaurant: Ninja Thai Asian Fusion 6 minutes to Publix at prima vista crossing 10 minutes to closest on-ramp for Florida Turnpike 11 minutes to Walmart supercenter 12 minutes to Highway I95 22 minutes to Jensen Beach Park (free parking!!)
