There is a rollout queen size bed that self inflates and self deflates, simply plug it in (So much more comfortable then a sleeper couch). This rollout bed is very easy to move and set up and requires no lifting. There are two outside patios with a BBQ and plenty of space for locking up bikes and personal gear on the front patio. The rear patio gives way to outstanding views of a grass field. The property features a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, oven and dishwasher, AC and heat and plenty of free parking-including parking for trucks and trailers.
