This large family gathering place is perfect for the family trip to Cedar Point and Lake Erie shores! Nickel Plate Beach is 5 minutes away. We are also about 10 minutes from Kalahari and 10 minutes from Cedar Point's Sports Center and Sports Force Park. The whole family will enjoy the private back yard with hot tub, player, outdoor dining and deck along with our globe fire pit! This property requires a security deposit and has an exterior security camera in place facing the driveway. The space Sleeping Arrangement: Bedroom 1: One queen bed Bedroom 2: One queen bed Bedroom 3: Two queen beds Bedroom 4: Two queen beds Bedroom 5: Two queen beds All linen and towels are provided. There is a full kitchen with most kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware provided. A Keurig coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker are provided. A large dining table and seating area makes gathering for a meal very favorable. This house has a large driveway for multiple cars and for boat parking. It is also very close to many local restaurants and bars. The fenced in backyard features a full patio set, firepit, and chairs to gather. There is also a 4-person hot tub. Home is spread out on two levels. Bedroom 1 is on level one, and all other bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two-steps up to enter the home through the front door. Washer and Dryer are available for use. This property is located near an active rail line. While many guests are not disturbed by the sound, train activity may be audible during certain times of day or night. This is a known and disclosed aspect of the property and does not reflect the condition or quality of the home. Please bring a noise machine or box fan if sensitive to noise or this property may not be for you. This is a well-maintained home near Lake Erie, not a sterile showroom. Minor imperfections (like a stray cobweb or the occasional insect) can occur in homes this close to nature. The hot tub is serviced regularly, but may require heating or a full drain and refill between guests which may extend the time before it is available for use while it heats up. If these factors are critical to your stay, this may not be the best fit. Refunds will not be issued for these types of situations. There is an external camera pointed towards the driveway. We provide a propane tank, but we do not provide propane as there is no way for us to monitor usage. The tank can be refilled at a nearby store just a few minutes away. Huron has a train that passes through frequently through the city. You will hear it from this home. We do have neighbors on both sides of the home, so please keep noise levels down in the evening. We are also located in a semi-country setting, so leaves and pine-needles on patio are common. Pets are not allowed in this home.
