You have exclusive use of the entire hotel including your own western saloon. The hotel is 5,700 square feet. Huge back yard with pavilion, outdoor stage, bunk house and fire pit included in price. The Avery Hotel is perfect for vacations. Parties are not allowed. Two night minimum only. PLEASE NOTE: SINGLE ROOMS ARE NOT FOR RENT. The space Two pianos grace the bar and dining room inside. The large yard is perfect for relaxing or playing. There is a restaurant style kitchen and a built in barbecue for preparing meals that can be enjoyed in the formal dining room or outdoors in the pavilion. Guest access You'll have access to the entire hotel and the outdoor areas except the maintenance and storage sheds. Other things to note Parties are not allowed.
