Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Surfside Beach community of Freeport, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive to Surfside Beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking. ● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway. Inside the main floor, you`ll find a light-filled living area that seamlessly connects with the dining room and kitchen, perfect for spending quality time together. Three comfortable bedrooms complete this level, offering a king-size bed for a luxurious retreat, a queen-size bed for restful nights, and another room with a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. Head downstairs to discover a haven of entertainment! This expansive space features a living area with a big-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. Feeling playful? Challenge your friends and family to classic arcade games or a foosball match. Two full-over-full bunk bed sets provide additional sleeping options for larger groups. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
