There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with large closets (1 suite), 3 bathrooms, living room, balcony and home office space. Prized decor with designer pieces, quality trousseau and lots of comfort. Full kitchen equipped with all utensils, including AirFryer. Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and covered garage for 1 car. Paradise and quiet beach, with natural pools accessible by foot or boat. The space The two floors of the house are available, with a garden, balcony, swimming pool, parking and close to restaurants. All utensils are available for use. Balcony with hammock facing the sea, perfect environment to relax after a day of sun and beach. Only the caretaker's bedroom and bathroom, which are located in the outdoor area, are not available for guest use. Guest access The house is in a very distant neighborhood (opposite side) from the Brasken problem, posing no risk to tourists. The guest has access to all areas of the house, except the caretaker's bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note The caretaker only stays in the house during the guests' stay if they ask or want him to work as a day laborer. In this case, it is an agreement made directly between the guests and the caretaker.
