Spacious Ventura Home with yard

Recently remodeled Ventura home with a beachy-vibe! Wide open and airy main living space with a Smart TV, open kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, yard with patio and BBQ. At over 1600 square feet, relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Ventura! Family friendly set up with games in the cubbord and basketball hoop in the yard! Just 10 minutes to the beach, pier, and harbor and walking distance to a park, coffee shop, brewery, and grocery store! Monthly discounts! Other things to note There are no stairs in this main house, but a couple small lips to step up on to on the entrance to the home. The garage is locked and private as we keep some of our things in there. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house and in the driveway in this sleepy little neighborhood. Need extra space?? Inquire about booking the Tree-Height Studio as well! Its a separate studio above the detached garage on the property typically rented to solo travelers, but can accommodate a couple with a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. It should be noted that like most houses in Beach communities, there is no AC as we find we would rarely use it. Even on warm days there's a nice cross breeze each afternoon and it cools down at night substantially. If you are warm, we recommend opening the windows on each end of the house and the breeze will pull through and/or turning on the fans. Some windows do not have screens but we do not have problems with bugs so feel free to let the fresh beach air in!
