Enjoy our 75 ft infinity pool, sauna and grand pool Pavillion for outdoor entertaining. (Please note that the pool is on Solar and heated seasonally May -October) The small guest house on the property is not available to rent under our current zoning permit with Sonoma County. The garages are for the owner's storage. We have plenty of parking space for our guests in the circular driveway in front of the main Chateau House. Please NO amplified music. Quiet hours of 10PM-7AM are strictly enforced due to residential area. Please NO PETS. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12. NO SMOKING of any substances or vaping inside or outside. We are available to serve as your personal concierge service during your stay. Please let us know if we may assist you with recommendations for fine dining, wine tasting tours and activities. We are here to answer any questions that you may have to make your visit more enjoyable. Property manager will reside at next door ranch home and available for any questions during your stay. Chateau de Ninis is surrounded by Vineyards and beautiful countryside. Our neighbors are acres away. You have complete privacy at our location, yet you are minutes away from Sonoma Square to enjoy the local restaurants, shopping and wine tasting. Please note that we are in the country. Foxes, coyotes, rabbits, turkeys and other outdoor country animals and critters roam free as we are in their habitat. Please be mindful of your surroundings when you’re outdoors for your own safety. You may use Uber, Lyft, Shuttle or Taxi to get around the area to enjoy the Sonoma and Napa wine country. It is also enjoyable to take in the beautiful scenery by bicycle. Sonoma has local bike stores and outdoor activity companies that offer bike rentals. Please ask us about approved, preferred tour and shuttle companies that offer private guided tour shuttles to visit our local wineries and places that interest you during your stay. Please ask about other services that we offer at Chateau de Ninis. We have a preferred vendors list that have been approved to conduct business in our home. (Other vendors will require prior approval and submittal of a Certificate of Insurance naming Chateau de Ninis as additionally insured and a waiver of subrogation.)
