A wooden fence completely surrounds the outdoor living & recreational spaces; we encourage our guests to maintain decorum at all times & to keep social activity on the Property mostly inside the fenced in areas, in the house, & in the Recreation Room so as to not disrupt our neighbors. Other things to note This large resort sleeps a maximum of 19 (All adults/children/infants are included in the TOTAL legal count). We reserve the right to refuse any large group we deem unsuitable for our family vacation rental property. We respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood & take great pride in keeping the home clean & in repair. Must be at least twenty five (25) years of age to rent the property.
