It has 4 bedrooms on one level. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting. Wi-Fi is included, smart TVs and all bedrooms and living room. It has a large wooded backyard. It has easy access to neighborhood boat slip, walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Road. It is close to Highway 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms with access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime video. The master bedroom has a 55 inch TV all other bedrooms have 43 inch smart TVs. There is a bonus room with a beautiful sunroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private backyard also has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine and a charcoal grill. The backyard is a beautiful wooded lot . The unit has a nest thermostat to make sure your stay is comfortable. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board included.
