The space The whole house is provided for your convenience. Private pool, summer kitchen and bbq area, fire pit area and sunroom with board games and sitting space. Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a family get together. The family room is connected to the kitchen and provides plenty of space for interaction between guests and a TV for movie night. The formal dinning room and the living room have beautiful decoration that will provide a pleasant ambiance for everyone. All rooms are fully stocked with clean sheets and bathrooms with white towels. We provide with some extra towels for the pool. We don’t allow parties in or outside the property. If evidence of such is found a fee of $500 will be charged. This is a family friendly house, decorated with love for other families to share and enjoy. Guest access The whole house is available for our guests. Only the garage is locked and restricted. Other things to note Please, NO smoking or vaping in the property. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind, a fine of $200 will be applied at checkout. No parties indoors or outdoors. No extra people without proper authorization of the owners. If the rules of “quiet times” and “NO parties” aren’t followed, police will be called and your reservation will be cancelled.
