La Vougerotte - Mountain View Terrace

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vougy, this charming apartment of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 8 travellers. Located on the first floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, two of which with adjoining showers, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². Wifi, sheets included, towels not provided, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), a double sofa bed and a bathroom (shower) and toilet - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed with bathroom (shower) and toilet. Possibility of adding a single bed. - Bedroom 3: four single beds - One bathroom (bath) - One separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed. Outside : - An above ground pool (not heated) of 5,49x2,75x1,35 and accessible all year long. The opening dates of the pool are not contractual. - A very sunny semi-enclosed garden, shared with the owners, with a swing for the children. - A 20 m² terrace facing west with outdoor furniture to enjoy the nice days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free Wifi available. - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation. Pet-sitting and/or pet-walking services are offered by the owners if required during your absence. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Sheets provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels not included. - The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owners who can also use the garden. - Bicycle rental (road or mountain bikes) available on site for 5€ per person per day. Reservation with the owner of the accommodation and payment on the spot. - A parent is responsible for all children's swimming. The opening dates of the pool are not contractual.
