Note: Hot tub is open for the season, pool opens Memorial Day weekend Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the garage, workshop, and any heavy machinery. (Please, do not touch. We need this equipment to maintain the land and it is very expensive to repair). Other things to note We're delighted to welcome you to our serene retreat and we'd like to share some important details to ensure a fantastic and hassle-free stay: Pool & Hot Tub: - Pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day - Hot tub is open from Labor Day to Memorial Day Pets: We love our furry friends and understand you may want to bring yours. Please note that we allow pets on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional service fees. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Any unapproved pets will result in an additional fee. Maintenance: From time to time, our maintenance team might need to perform work on the land or pool during your stay. We'll always inform you in advance and ensure you're comfortable with their presence. Media Use: We understand that our property might inspire some picture-perfect moments, but using images or videos for promotional, commercial or filming purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited. Off-road Vehicles: Our peaceful wildlife habitat and the tranquility of our neighbors may be disturbed by ATVs, dirt bikes, or similar off-road vehicles. These are strictly prohibited on the property. Weapons: To maintain a safe environment for all, guns, bows, or other weapons are strictly prohibited. Pests: Our property is nestled in a rural, wooded area, so you may encounter some of nature's smaller residents like bees, ants, ladybugs, stink bugs, fire ants, and wasps. We have regular pest control, but nature is persistent. Wildlife: Our property is blessed to be home to an array of wildlife, including deer, turtles, raccoons, geese, snakes, bobcats, and various insects. Observing these creatures can be a truly magical experience, but it's important to remember: DO NOT APPROACH OR PROVOKE ANY WILDLIFE. Please respect their space as they respect ours.
