The space Spacious 3 bedroom home equipped with 1 king and 2 queen size bed Smart TVs in each bedroom with fast WiFi connection to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video. Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge. Full resort style backyard. Large swimming pool to lounge or swim in. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the private backyard and pool. Other things to note Please be advised, we do live in a tropical environment so it's not uncommon to see an iguana in the backyard. However, they are harmless and are more afraid of you than you are of them. There is no hot tub with this pool. The small sectioned off area of the pool is a dipping pool for sitting and not an actual hot tub. **Note: The outdoor TV does not work** 🏡 Important Disclosures: For safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located at the front and rear of the home. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Noise monitoring devices are installed in common areas to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio).
