Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex. This newly upgraded 1 bedroom unit sleeps 6 people with a king bed in the master, twin bunk beds in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has plenty of dresser storage to suit your needs. Cook meals together in the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishware, utensils, and other essentials. There is plenty of parking in the condo complex. Limited to two parking spots per guest. You’re welcome to bring your bicycles and ride along the wide sidewalk/bike path down the boulevard. Guests have access to the shared pool (code provided upon booking) and charcoal grills. We live in Navarre and are happy to help you throughout your stay. Messaging via Airbnb is preferred. Navarre Beach is a quiet island compared to the busy and crowded areas like Pensacola Beach and Destin. Nestled between Gulf Islands National Park and Navarre Beach Marine Park, we offer solitude and simplicity. Visit the state’s longest fishing pier and view the sweeping horizon of beach and dunes. Directly across the condo complex you’ll find fine dining within the SpringHill Suites. A short drive across the beach causeway holds a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream, shaved ice, and retail stores. There is no public transportation services available. However, there are Lyft and Uber operators aplenty. Patio/balcony construction has been completed for our building and is now accessible! Thank you for your patience while the HOA upgrades the other buildings within the complex. Please note the pool is not heated. Also, there are no elevators located at the complex and guests must be able to climb a few stairs to reach the first floor that our unit is located on. Finally, as much as we enjoy all animals, we not only have personal health concerns, it is against the condo’s HOA rules for guests to bring animals.
