Country house – Paris > 35 min / Versailles > 25 min

In the heart of a small village, 35 minutes from Paris by car or train, 25 minutes from the Palace of Versailles and 5 minutes from Thoiry Zoo. The house is detached, with an enclosed garden of 1,300 m² and a private, heated swimming pool (10 m²). Upon your arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, large towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (about 15 cups), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher product, etc. The space We finished renovating the house in July 2022, bringing it all the modern comforts, but taking care to keep its character. We thought it would make you feel at home. Outside, a large garden, a courtyard where you can park 2 cars (but you have plenty of space in front of the house), a heated swimming pool of 10 m2, a terrace equipped with a large table and a plancha on sunny days. The house is equipped with a fireplace and stove that you can use to brighten up your winter evenings. Wood is available for your use, with reasonable consumption. We provide children (small and large) with a collection of DVDs, comics and games. You can also enjoy our sound system in the large living room with our CDs, vinyls or with our bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with the basic items: salt, pepper, spices, coffee beans (enough for about 15 coffees in advance), tea, sugar, etc. Check-in is between 5pm and 8pm and check-out is between 9am and 11am. If we don't have a check-in on the day of your check-out, we can let you enjoy lunch time (> 3:00 p.m.). Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this, so we can adjust the cleaning service schedule. We love sharing our home and are committed to hosting you well, we hope that respect will be mutual. Guest access You have access to the whole house. ON the ground floor: - An entrance - A cellar (with large freezer wardrobe) - A dining room + living room with fireplace - A 2nd living room with TV and stove - An equipped kitchen (coffee machine with beans, stove, range hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc.) - Laundry (washing machine + dryer) - A toilet UPSTAIRS: - A 1st double bedroom (queen bed) + desk - A 2nd double bedroom (queen bed) + large desk - A 3rd bedroom (bed 90 ) + desk - A 4th large bedroom (3 90 cm beds) - Shower room + toilet - Bathroom + toilet (access to the 4th bedroom) Other things to note >>> PARTIES The house is independent and not overlooked but we have neighbors nearby. So we don't accept parties and music too loudly out of respect for them. >>> THE POOL Pool (10m2) private and heated from May to September (depending on weather). It is secured by a rigid tarp (NF P 90 308 Safety standard) which must be unwound if you have children and are not in direct proximity. It is strictly forbidden to animals for hygiene reasons and because the liner (the inner surface) would not withstand the claws of an animal. >>> ANIMALS We welcome your four-legged companions, as long as they are as well behaved as their masters. To enjoy a clean and pleasant garden, there are fields located a 5-minute walk away. They'll love the walk! In the house, please do not let them climb on the sofas and beds.
