Country house – Paris > 35 min / Versailles > 25 min

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Chateau de Versailles and 5 min from the Zoo de Thoiry. The house is independent, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1300 m2 with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon your arrival, cleaning is done, beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher product, etc. The space We finished renovating the house in July 2022, bringing it all the modern comforts, but taking care to keep its character. We thought it would make you feel at home. Outside, a large garden, a courtyard where you can park 2 cars (but you have plenty of space in front of the house), a heated swimming pool of 10 m2, a terrace equipped with a large table and a plancha on sunny days. The house is equipped with a fireplace and stove that you can use to brighten up your winter evenings. Wood is available for your use, with reasonable consumption. We provide children (small and large) with a collection of DVDs, comics and games. You can also enjoy our sound system in the large living room with our CDs, vinyls or with our bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with the basic elements: salt, pepper, spices, coffee beans (base of 10/15 coffees in advance), tea, sugar, etc. Check-in is between 5pm and 8pm and check-out is between 9am and 11am. If we don't have a check-in on the day of your check-out, we can let you enjoy lunch time (> 2:30 p.m./3:00 p.m.). Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this, so we can adjust the cleaning service schedule. We like to share our house and are keen to welcome you, we hope that respect will be mutual. Guest access You have access to the whole house. ON the ground floor: - An entrance - A cellar (with large size freezer wardrobe) - A dining room + living room with fireplace - A 2nd living room with TV and stove - An equipped kitchen (bean coffee machine, stovetop, range hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher, 2 microwave, kettle,...) - Laundry (washing machine + dryer) - A toilet UPSTAIRS: - A 1st double bedroom (queen bed) + desk - A 2nd double bedroom (queen bed) + large desk - A 3rd bedroom (bed 90 ) + desk - One 4th big bedroom (3 beds 90) - A shower room + toilet - Bathroom + toilet (access in the 4th bedroom) Other things to note >>> PARTIES The house is independent and not overlooked but we have neighbors nearby. So we don't accept parties and music too loudly out of respect for them. >>> THE POOL Pool (10m2) private and heated from May to September (depending on weather). It is secured by a rigid tarp (NF P 90 308 Safety standard) which must be unwound if you have children and are not in direct proximity. It is strictly forbidden for animals for hygiene and safety reasons. >>> ANIMALS We welcome your four-legged companions, as long as they are as well behaved as their masters. To enjoy a clean and pleasant garden, there are fields located 5 minutes' walk away. They'll love the walk! In the house, please do not let them climb on sofas and beds. In other words, we ask that you ensure that they remain respectful of the premises and that they leave no souvenir... other than good times shared! 🐾 Thank you so much for your understanding of these rules and your respect for the premises!
