Patonga Views Newly furnished with a new kitchen , and renovated since the 2022 storms , Patonga Views offers you a beautiful environment in which to relax surrounded by views of the bush and bay. Rain or shine your stay will be great as you experience the beauty of Patonga without having to leave the house! The space Patonga Views provides you with a beautiful setting for your getaway. It is a truly relaxing and private space where you are ensured of a great time regardless of the weather. Open up the folding doors and you have a sense of connecting with nature. The house is comfortable with a library of books and DVDs and a BOSE music player. There are two living spaces and so if you wish to find a private space, you can locate to the second living area downstairs. If the weather turns cold you have a cosy gas fire to turn on. If hot, you have fans in the upstairs section of the house and air conditioning. Bathrooms can be found on both levels. The kitchen has recently been renovated (not pictured) and is well stocked with your basics along with cooking equipment and a coffee machine. Please bring your favourite coffee grounds. The property isn't fenced however there is a gated balcony if you have sought permission to bring a pet. One pet only please. No cats...sorry ! Guest access There is self check in via a code that I will send to you once your booking is finalised. The code is punched into a keypad located on the front door. There is a back up key in a key lock that is easy to access. PLEASE NOTE : You have on site parking however we have a driveway that is steep for some. For those less confident with the driveway I suggest you park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up to the house. Reversing down the driveway is easiest for those parked at the top! If you want to bring your pet, please check with us first. Other things to note The two single beds downstairs can be brought together to form a queen size bed. Please alert us when you book so we can make up the beds appropriately for you. The property isn't fenced however there is a gated balcony We have a very extensive library of books, cd's and DVDs. We also have a non smoking house. Good internet access is available.
