An outdoor shower is located in the garden next to the house. A parking space next to the holiday home is available too. This can be reached through a direct and private access. The golden yellow sandy beach and the centre of Marina di Modica can be reached by car in 2 minutes or on foot in about 15 minutes. Walking through the green park, you will meet flowering oleander bushes, apricot and medlar trees whose delicious fruits you can enjoy in late spring, small and large palm trees, almond and numerous olive trees, cacti, agaves, and much more. The flat rocky-sandy coast in front of the park is almost a private house-beach, which is, even in the busy main season, not very frequented.
