Enter through the bird and branch wrought iron gate to a lovingly tended garden. This classic and elegant 1,830 sf home is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough to easily make the short trip to Downtown Pacific Grove where you can enjoy shopping, galleries, and fine dining. Entry A well kept garden with a white picket fence and seating in the front yard leads to an entry with a bench in the foyer. Living Room Gather in the cozy living room which has plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The sofa converts to a queen size bed. Well-equipped for extended stays! Dining Room The dining room seats up to 8 guests and features an additional 3 bar seats at the central kitchen bar. Wood floors and beautiful lighting make dining a pleasure! Kitchen Fully-equipped kitchen with easy open-plan access to the dining room features both drip and Keurig coffee makers and a small TV with streaming service. Visit with the chef and have a glass of wine while seated at the bar adjoining the dining room. Bedrooms are all located upstairs. Primary Bedroom Your primary bedroom features a California King bed with a private sitting area, flat screen TV with Comcast cable, and a walk-in closet. Luxury awaits in the en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and hand-held shower wand, and an additional, beautifully tiled stand alone shower. Have your coffee on the small deck! Bedroom 2 Featuring a split King bed with foam topper and an extended padded headboard which can be transformed into two twin beds. Just steps to the updated full bath with shower-over-tub between bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 3 Pull-out the trundle bed for 2 twin beds or use as a single twin daybed. Full bath with a shower-over-tub located between bedrooms 2 and 3. Bathrooms Located on the 2nd floor, an en suite bathroom in the Primary Bedroom with a soaking tub and hand-held shower wand as well as a beautifully tiled stand alone shower. Small deck is accessed through this luxurious bath. Upstairs bath between bedrooms 2 and 3, an updated bath which features a tub/shower combo and beautiful lighting and tile for a fresh look. Located downstairs off the kitchen with quick access to the patio lies the half-bath. Outdoor Areas Back patio near the kitchen features a propane BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and string lights. Laundry Facilities Your laundry center is located upstairs, and central to all bedrooms for your convenience. Well-behaved small, hypo-allergenic dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
