Welcome to the Inn at Highland Lake. This second floor unit of the lakehouse offers a fully furnished 3-Bedroom 1-Bathroom with a spacious sunroom overlooking Highland Lake. This space includes a full kitchen, two common areas, one with a pull-out sofa bed and a shared washer/dryer. There is a waterfront yard across the street with a dock. During your stay, get a 25% discount off all the boat and watercraft rentals at the Marina at Highland Lake right next door! The space The second floor sleeps up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out sofas with a queen sized bed. Outside areas: Your private waterfront yard will include a picnic table with gorgeous water views, and a dock extending into the lake, perfect for tying up any watercraft. There is a private grill on the side of the house and a private side of the porch in the front with a table and chairs. A paddleboat and kayaks are available for your use to share with tenants. Life jackets and oars are located in the laundry room. Guest access There is a driveway for off street parking and a lock box on the door for easy access. Other things to note -Please bring your own beach towels. They will not be provided. -There is a shared washer and dryer with the other tenants of the duplex. Please be respectful of other tenant's laundry. -Parties, events and large gatherings are not allows during your stay. -Smoking, vaping and hookahs are not allowed . -Pets are not allowed. -A paddleboat and kayaks are available to share with others tenants. Life jackets and oars are located in the laundry room.
