Our 3BR, 2BA pool house is situated in a private cul-de-sac neighborhood that is safe, secure, and quiet. Our house is NOT suitable for large gatherings or parties. Any discovery of such will result in a penalty fee. Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. Our open floor plan is amazing for family entertaining. No garage access. We have keyless electronic entry and you will receive a code to the house for the door so you can check-in at any time of the booking day after 3PM. Other things to note ★ HOUSE RULES ★ We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own to keep it in pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed digital house rules with all the information and rules. By booking with us, you are agreeing to abide by all of these rules. There will be a severe penalty fee if one is discovered and if not immediately shut down, your booking will be cancelled with no refunds. Please let us know if you plan to have unannounced additional guests arrive at our home during your stay. Our property does not allow pets on premises. There is no smoking inside or outside the home. A deep cleaning penalty fee will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. We kindly ask to move all activities inside the house during these hours. Our driveway fits 3 cars comfortably (or one large RV). There are many street parking spots that are free and available in the cul-de-sac.
