The Niggen Lodge is located on the ground floor in the second house of the La Montanara holiday complex, quietly located and directly above the rippling Alvierbach. Nestled in the impressive scenery of the Brandnertal, the lodge offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains - a place to arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy. Your mountain experience begins here right at your doorstep – whether it's hiking, skiing or simply pausing and marveling. The space The Niggen Lodge is a spacious, approximately 80 m² apartment that offers all the comfort for a relaxing vacation – just like at home. The ground-level garden apartment in the holiday home La Montanara convinces with a sunny terrace and a 200 m² garden, which offers plenty of space to relax for all ages. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house, which leads through the village. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace: a double room and a "family room" with a double bed and bunk bed. The bathroom is modern and offers a walk-in shower, toilet and an infrared cabin. The bright eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is excellently equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen and the cozy living room also have direct access to the terrace. The adjoining dining area can accommodate up to six people and invites you to share meals. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after an active day in the mountains. Linens and towels are included in the price and can be changed once during the stay if necessary. On request, we will gladly provide you with a crib, a high chair or a fall protection. In the basement there is also a coin-operated washing machine. For relaxing hours outdoors, garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available. The apartment also includes a free underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. We offer fresh yogurt and cheese from our own farm dairy. Fresh milk is available daily free of charge from our farm on request. The location of the Niggen Lodge in Brand is central but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Within walking distance you can reach numerous leisure activities, including the swimming lake, tennis courts, restaurants, a bakery, the tourist office, the golf course, the mountain railway, the riding stable, playgrounds and a Kneipp facility. Experience a vacation that leaves nothing to be desired – at Niggen Lodge! Guest access The entire apartment is of course available to you alone – here you can feel comfortable undisturbed and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The garden borders the neighboring apartment at ground level, which is also part of our apartments. It stretches around the corner and is so spacious that children can play and romp there undisturbed. We only ask for mutual consideration. A private parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. The entrance area and staircase are shared with the other residents of the residential complex. The ski and garbage room is available to all guests of the house – please use it accordingly with consideration. In the basement there is a washing machine that is available to all residents. It is cleaned regularly. Please bring your own detergent, the operation is via coin insertion (1€). If you have any questions about use or need support, we are always happy to help!
