The space This waterside condo offers a spacious 750 square feet studio with a queen bed, full kitchen (equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, starbucks coffee pods and snacks), vibrant dining space, and a relaxing living room that overlooks the ebb and flow of the Piscataqua River. It's also fully equiped with AC to keep you nice and cool during summer months. This unit is on the ground level with only two stairs accessed at the exterior front entrance. One dedicated parking spot is available directly in front of your doorstep. We welcome house-trained four legged friends. It's an easy walk into the heart of downtown Portsmouth and only 8 miles to NH best beaches. Come visit! NOTE: This condo is located at the end of a bridge in downtown Portsmouth. Beginning July 1, 2024 the city of Portsmouth will be doing construction on the bridge during the weekdays, between the hours of 7AM and 6PM. Construction will NOT occur on weekends. The bridge will remain open to all pedestrians so guests can still easily walk into town. However beginning late summer or fall, there may be a detour for those looking to drive into town.
