“Cozy on the Bluff” is a beautiful 600 sq. ft. true log cabin less than 5 miles from the Parkway (close enough for food delivery services). The cabin was built in Fall 2022. Tastefully designed with a modern boho vibe. It is the perfect combination of cozy, clean, and peaceful. Enjoy he large wrap around porch, hot tub, wi-fi, or go out and explore the Smoky Mountains. This cabin is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children! The space Our cabin is located less than 5 miles from the Parkway. You will come out directly in front of Tanger Outlets and in between Olive Garden and Red Lobster. It is located in the sought after Bluff Mountain Acres. You will enjoy a comfortable stay at Cozy on the Bluff. With our king size bed, soft rugs, and cozy couch you will be able to relax and feel at home. The wrap around porch will give you different views during your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. And of course, wind down in the hot tub any time of day. If you need more, please bring it with you. - Linens (towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and sheets) will be provided. If you would like to use the hot tub, please bring a beach towel with you. - Use Hot Tub at own risk!! Please do not put bubbles of any kind in the hot tub! Road Conditions to this cabin: Moderately curvy & at times up and down hill. 4x4 isn’t required. The cabin is about 31 miles (around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic) from the McGhee Tyson Knoxville Airport. The airport does provide car rentals. The cabin is also about 15 miles from Gatlinburg - time will vary based on the traffic. A Few Favorites: 1. The Local Goat – delicious American restaurant on Pigeon Forge Parkway 2. The Old Mill Restaurant – country cooking in an actual old mill 3. Any pancake house! 4. The Alamo – delicious chophouse restaurant 5. Dolly Parton Stampede (my favorite) – awesome dinner and a show, located on the parkway 6. The Island in Pigeon Forge – island with lots of shops and restaurants including Paula Deen’s restaurant 7. Dollywood – amusement park 8. Apple Barn - delicious southern food 9. Smoky Mountain National Park 10. Gatlinburg Skylift 🔹🔹PLEASE NOTE🔹🔹 *No pets allowed* We love those furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. *Water Supply* The cabin's water supply is from a well and may contain sulfur and other minerals commonly found in the mountains, however we have a filtration system at the property. *No smoking please* Please refrain from smoking inside/outside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. *No parties/events* We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. **Please be aware there are bears 🐻, birds 🦅🦃, and other critters 🦝🦨🐿️🐇 around and they are smart and creative! Bears are dangerous, please do NOT feed them. Please do not leave doors open to the cabin, vehicles unlocked, or leave food in vehicles.
