AREA Property located west of the island (the area with the highest sun exposure of Madeira), in the parish of Tabua, municipality of Ribeira Brava, in an area that borders the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Very quiet and sunny area, just a few minutes from the well known Levada Nova, a footpath where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the west coast of Madeira Island. There are other points of interest to explore during your stay at Villa Candelária; the Miradouro do Espigão (Ribeira Brava), MUDAS - Madeira Contemporary Art Museum (Calheta), Ponta do Sol beach, Madeira Ethnographic Museum (Ribeira Brava), Ribeira Brava’s Market and much more. Funchal is about a 20-minute drive from this villa. Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
