The space The ground floor of the accommodation consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The TV is a comfortable width, and Wi-Fi works throughout the property while waiting for fiber to be installed in the building. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as many cooking utensils. In the bathroom, the large shower offers space, while a washing machine and dryer can help… The only bedroom currently open has a 160 x 200 cm bed and many closets as well as a view of the street thanks to an artist's glass roof. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the many steps. Note, people over 1.85 m may find the apartment a bit low ceiling. This is our vacation apartment, we spend a lot of time there during the year, so you will find something to help you out in the cupboards while waiting to refuel in the shops nearby. The garbage cans (to be sorted!) are available in the ad hoc containers located a few dozen meters from the accommodation. The insulation has been redone in large part in the accommodation, however, it is a very lively area that can cause some temporary nuisances at night… Guest access Access will be by appointment for the handover of keys upon arrival.
