The space Offering professionally designed interiors curated to provide a luxurious and well appointed experience. This home commences with an attached garage catering to secure and easy loading and unloading during your stay. There is plenty of room for all of your sports related activities and toys. Access to the park area and outdoor pool are located within steps from your front door. With views from almost every window, you’ll truly feel a peaceful and relaxed experience as this home caters to an open concept space with fine furnishings and accents of what a true Mountain home should offer. The main floor provides for a large and extremely well stocked kitchen to rival many primary residences. The dining area easily seats a gathering of six, adjacent to the comforts of a well laid out living room for relaxing and entertaining. The front covered deck is perfectly suited for your morning view as the sun rises, sipping your favorite coffee drink, gazing amongst the Pioneer Mountains. The upper level three bedrooms (two queen and two twin beds) expands the mountainous views from all directions as you settle in for the evening with fine betting, toiletries, and ease of access to a fully stocked large laundry room providing dedicated pool towels for your hot tubing and pool experience. There is no access to the interior clubhouse and only includes the exterior pool and park area. The outdoor pool is seasonally closed in the winter although open during the Christmas holidays. The hot tub is open year round. Start making memories in Sun Valley! Guest access Easy access to our home via the attached garage located from the alley and the front door facing the park and clubhouse. Offering keyless and self directed entry with your own personal access code. Parking is limited to two vehicles with only one vehicle allowed in the garage at any time. A second vehicle may be placed directly in front of the garage door. Only the approved number of guests during the booking experience may be allowed on the property. No guests of yours can use or stay on the property nor have access to any amenities at all at any time. Other things to note Please provide the number in your party and breakdown of adults and children, along with why you desire to rent our home during your reservation request. It is requested that all guests requesting a booking have positive past guest reviews. Guests without any past positive reviews cannot be considered for any bookings. There are no pets allowed within the unit or on the property, including the front deck during your stay. There is a strict quiet hours policy between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is a strict limit to only six guests within the property. There are no additional guests allowed on the property nor within the amenity pool area at any time. This is a strict policy and only the amount of guests as noted within the booking is authorized to stay within the property. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. Additional non-authorized guests will cancel the reservation immediately with no refund. There is a security camera within the garage along with a doorbell camera located on the front door. You will only have access to the pool and hot tub area along with the park directly located within front of the unit. There is no access to the interior clubhouse or owner barbecue area. The pool and hot tub is available through a locked and key coded access point only and is well monitored by property management and a dedicated security camera system 24 hours a day. All amenity rules and regulations are clearly identified within the rental home book within the unit and throughout each amenity area specifically.. The pool specifically is open seasonally from May through October and during the Christmas holiday. The hot tub is available throughout the entire year. Please refer to the amenity rules and regulations noted within the Rental book. It Is your responsibility to adhere to those policies and to supervise all children at all times under the age of 16 when utilizing the pool and hot tub area.
