Room for up to 15 guests, a private heated pool, a hot tub, and a backyard that frames Disneyland's fireworks every night - this is the kind of home that turns a theme park trip into something everyone talks about for years. Outdoor living The backyard is where this home truly delivers. Your private heated pool is open year-round from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving everyone from early risers to evening swimmers plenty of time to enjoy it. When you're ready to slow down, the private hot tub is waiting. Sun loungers are scattered across the patio for lazy afternoons, and the BBQ grill means dinner outside is always an option. As the sky darkens, pull up a chair - the backyard offers a genuine view of Disneyland's nightly fireworks display, no park ticket required. Indoor comfort Inside, the layout is spacious enough for a large group to coexist comfortably. The living area provides generous seating for movie nights or winding down after a long day at the parks. Central air conditioning keeps things cool no matter the time of year. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender all on hand. A large dining table brings everyone together, and wine glasses are there for evening celebrations. Sleeping arrangements Six bedrooms and 11 beds mean there's a comfortable spot for every guest. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout. Three bathrooms - stocked with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer - keep morning routines moving efficiently even with a full house. Family-friendly touches Traveling with young children? A high chair and pack 'n play/travel crib are already here. The in-unit washer and dryer are a genuine convenience for longer stays or families who want to pack light. Beach gear is also available upon request, subject to availability. Getting around & the parks Disneyland is just a 20-25 minute walk from the front door, close enough to head back for an afternoon rest and return for evening fireworks without losing hours to travel. The private entrance and smart lock make self check-in straightforward whenever you arrive. Safety & essentials Exterior security cameras cover the pool and patio area. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher are in place throughout. Wi-Fi is available across the home, and the TV with Roku connects to all your streaming accounts. Beach Gear (upon request and subject to availability) Pet friendly - There is a pet fee of $25/nt. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
