Set up for families and groups, this entire home sleeps up to 15 guests across 6 bedrooms with 11 beds and 3 baths. The layout balances together time with space to unwind, making it easy to return mid-day or linger in the evening after a full day out. Outdoor living Step outside to a private patio designed for downtime and casual meals. The private pool is available all year and heated, with a water slide and set hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. When the day winds down, the private hot tub offers a warm place to relax. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill create an easygoing setting for lingering conversations. On select nights, the backyard offers views of Disneyland fireworks when scheduled by the park. Indoor comfort Inside, central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. The living areas invite you to settle in for movies or quiet conversation, while TVs with Roku and Wi-Fi make evenings in simple. A full kitchen and dining area support anything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners, with space to gather before heading out or after returning home. Sleeping arrangements With 6 bedrooms and 11 beds, everyone has room to rest. Bedrooms are set up with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, and the bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water for easy mornings and late-night returns. Family-friendly features Traveling with little ones is easier here. A pack ’n play/travel crib and high chair are provided, and the in-unit washer and dryer help keep up with laundry during longer stays. Safety and access For peace of mind, the property includes exterior security cameras in the pool and patio area, along with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Self check-in with a smart lock allows flexible arrivals, and free parking on the premises adds convenience. Pet-friendly accommodations make it possible to bring your companion along (fee applies). Whether you’re starting early for the parks or ending the night soaking in the hot tub, this Anaheim home offers a comfortable base for your time together. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
