This Anaheim home puts Disneyland within walking distance while giving you a private backyard worth coming back to every single evening.   Outdoor living Step outside to your own private heated pool - open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, year-round - surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill ready for cookouts between park days. As the evening settles in, slide into the private hot tub and watch Disneyland's fireworks light up the sky directly from your backyard. It's the kind of nightly send-off that makes every park day feel complete.   Sleeping arrangements Six bedrooms with 11 beds accommodate up to 15 guests, so everyone has space to recharge without doubling up more than necessary. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided in every room. Three bathrooms - stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and hot water - keep even the busiest mornings running smoothly. An iron is available for anything that needs a quick press before dinner reservations.   Kitchen & dining A full kitchen takes the pressure off eating out for every meal. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, along with dishes, silverware, cookware, and wine glasses. Gather around the dining table for a big breakfast before the gates open or a proper sit-down dinner once everyone's off their feet.   Living space Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable no matter what the forecast says. The living area features a TV with Roku for streaming on rest days or late-night wind-downs, and Wifi keeps the whole house connected. A free in-unit washer and dryer mean longer stays never come with a laundromat hunt.   Family-friendly touches A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are already set up for families arriving with little ones - no need to haul extra gear. The home is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always welcome.   Access & safety Self check-in via smart lock lets everyone arrive on their own schedule. A private entrance with a separate street or building entrance keeps coming and going easy for a larger party. The property includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher, with exterior security cameras covering the pool and patio area. Free parking on premises is included.   Neighborhood Disneyland is roughly a 20 to 25 minute walk from the front door, and the surrounding streets stay quiet enough that coming home each night genuinely feels like a reset. On most evenings, the fireworks are visible right from the backyard - the perfect way to close out every day. Beach Gear (upon request and subject to availability) Pet friendly - There is a pet fee of $25/nt. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
