With three bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed and four baths, your group will enjoy the privacy and comfort of Conifer Lodge. The living spaces are generous, and the large kitchen is a dream for preparing meals and entertaining. Gather with your family and friends in the downstairs theater and game room complete with custom built-in home theater and wet bar, pool and foosball tables, and cozy fireplace. The salt water hot tub, firepit, and breathtaking views offer outdoor experiences that will delight and inspire. You will have the entire home and property to yourselves. There is no garage access. Up to three vehicles are allowed. No trailers, boats, campers, tents, outdoor camping or recreational vehicles are allowed on this property. I am available to support your stay, but am not on the property. Conifer Lodge is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood on Conifer Mountain. Conifer Lodge is located 8 minutes from its exit on Highway 285. You must have 4WD and proper snow traction to travel to Conifer Lodge during snow season from October to May. Please do not book this property if you are not prepared to equip your vehicle for winter uphill driving conditions. Stranded vehicles are dangerous and extremely difficult to deal with in winter on the mountain. There will be a $350 hot tub deposit due 24 hours before your arrival, which will be fully or partially refunded, depending on the condition of the hot tub water when you check out. Due to low availability for our mountain water deliveries, there is a chance that the hot tub may be waiting for a fill before your stay, and may not be available. We do our very best to prevent this situation, and will notify you before your arrival if that is the case. We do not allow smoking (inside OR outside) or outdoor grilling at this property, due to the conditions imposed by Jefferson County for our permit. Breckenridge Ski Resort is approximately 1-1/2 hours using the "back" way on Highway 285, which avoids traffice pile ups on I-70. A beautiful 1-1/2 hour drive takes you to the Collegiate Peaks byway, the highest concentration o 14,000+' peaks in the USA. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area, along with colorful restaurants, shops and historic spots.
