You'll love the queen-sized bed with an attached bathroom boasting a large tiled shower. And the living area is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy gas log fireplace, and a TV. The kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. And outdoor is a Cowboy Cauldron firepit for cooking or building a cozy romantic fire. Vineyard: Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Payment will be collected through the airbnb resolution center. Additional Notes: - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $50 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception while traveling through the neighborhood. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
