Has two rooms on the main floor, two upstairs (normal flight of stairs) and a bonus room in the basement (normal flight of stairs). No pets No smoking Other things to note We don’t allow any pets or smoking on the property due to other’s allergies and the possibility of ruining the home. Charges start at $500 fee per occurrence or replacing things is more than $500, this fee and then some will be added to your charges. NO garage entry or use.
