This fabulous and cozy home in North Ft Wth is the perfect accommodation for your trip to the DFW. Inside, it’s modern with updated designs and a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. Outside, it offers a mini oasis in the backyard with a HUGE pool, and nice patio/gazebo area for the ultimate relaxing experience. The space Our home has been recently remodeled with upgraded modern touches. You will have access to the entire home, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a large game room/additional sleeping area. GUESTS: Only guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. PARKING: Cars MUST be parked in our two car garage. We want to avoid parking on the street and create clutter for our neighbors. We have a 4 car MAX. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway Max. QUIET HOURS: Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we will not allow any loud music, noise or disturbance specially after quiet hours. Quiet hours start at 9pm for weekdays and 10pm for weekends. If you cannot adhere to these, then our home may not be the place for you. PARTIES: Parties and/or events are not permitted at the property. We have close neighbors who will call or text the host if they are bothered by noise. Quiet hours are from 9pm until 8am on weekdays and 10pm until 8am on the weekends. PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS: Our home is not to be used for photo/video shoots without approval by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. PETS We do allow up to 2 pets to accompany guests to our property. We do ask that pets stay out of bedrooms, stay off of furniture, and remain in a crate if left unattended at the house. We charge a $50 fee per pet per stay. Guest access Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. You will be assigned a 4 digit code that will grant you access to the home. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Clean up spills, take care to not stain the furniture, use appliances carefully, etc. If this is not something you'd considered during your trip, our place may not be a good fit. (I realize this seems like a silly request, but you would be surprised :) ) WATER TEMPS: •Unfortunately, despite our best measures, our master shower does not heat up as much as our guest shower. It IS comfortable warm. We are personally not bothered by this and many are not but if you are, I recommend another listing. SECURITY CAMERAS We have security cameras on property (driveway, garage and backyard door fence) for added security. These are monitored at check in and at check out only. ****Please note that POOL IS NOT HEATED.
