Freesenhuus Althorsbüll

The historic Friesenhaus in Althorsbüll can accommodate up to 6 persons. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and suitable for wheelchairs. Pets are welcome. In the area there is a swimming lake, hiking trails and excursions to Sylt, Denmark and the Halligen. The house has 3 bedrooms, a tile stove, well equipped kitchen and large garden. Wi-Fi and washing machine are included. Children under 4 travel for free. The space The 150 sqm cottage offers four bedrooms with space for max. 8 adults. The bedroom „ Dichblick“ on the ground floor with a 180 m wide double bed and direct access to the shower room, the 2nd bedroom in the apartment with two single beds 90 x 200, the &bdquoicoric romantic room“on the upper floor with two single beds 100 x 200 and the &bdquoư blue room“  with two single  beds  90 x 200. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The living room has a large LCD TV (SAT), a DVD player and a stereo system with a small selection of films and CDs. On cooler evenings, you can spend beautiful reading hours at the crackling tile stove. Firewood in sufficient quantity is included in the rental price. The large dining table offers space for eight people and invites you to relax with family and friends. The comfortably furnished kitchen with terrace access is equipped with  ceramic hob, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (filter size 4), toaster, kettle, dishwasher and rich kitchen equipment. For the little ones we have two high chairs, a cot (fixed), a travel cot, game collections, children's books and outside also a sandbox. The use of DSL-WLAN and washing machine is free of charge. The approximately 40 sqm apartment is also accessible via the entrance to the house. It has a combined living-bedroom (with TV), a spacious shower room and a small, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet. On the 800 sqm plot with the beautiful garden you can enjoy relaxing hours of sunshine. A standing basket, four loungers with upholstery, parasols and a garden table with eight chairs are available. The heated winter garden is also equipped with a comfortable seating set. The special features This 5-star holiday home is barrier-free on the ground floor and offers space for free space with the integrated apartment. The beautifully landscaped garden with two terraces leaves enough space for adults, children and four-legged friends. And since dogs are welcome with us, in the back of the house the garden was surrounded by a 2 m high fence and an approximately 1.20 m high hedge and is therefore outbreak-proof and for the dear four-legged friends, if they are very explorable. There are two parking spaces right by the house. There are two parking spaces right at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the conservatory. Children under 4 travel free of charge. A dog travels with us at no extra charge, the 2nd dog will be charged 20 € for final cleaning. Three dogs on request. A deposit of 100 € will be charged in this  holiday home. This historic Frisian house is the former coastal house in Althorsbüll. The charming, that-covered Frisian house can accommodate up to 8 people in total. Within the house, there is a small separate apartment on the ground floor. This offers the luxury of being able to go on holiday together with grandma and grandpa, friends or neighbors. Here you are spatially separated and yet very close, just as much as you want. The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating and barrier-free suitable for wheelchair users. Your dogs are also welcome! Location Within walking distance of the house there is a beautiful swimming lake and a trout pond for anglers. Directly from the house you have only a few steps to the old rear dike, where you can take extended walks. From Althorsbüll you drive about 1.8 km to the official beach Südwesthörn. A small supermarket, bakery and restaurants can be found in Klanxbüll, 4 km away. It is about 12 km to Niebüll. Horsbüll belongs to the municipality of Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll and is ideal for your activities: - in 20 minutes you are on Sylt -  4 km to Klanxbüll, from here by train to Westerland or you travel by car on the Sylt shuttle from Niebüll - get to know the island and Hallig world of North Frisia.   From Dagebüll - about 15 minutes by car - you can take trips by ferry to the islands of Amrum, Föhr and the Halligen ( from Schütttsiel). The official dog bathing beach is also located in Dagebüll. - Experience the world cultural heritage site barefoot  and up close through a variety of    interesting, guided mudding hikes- the Danish border is only 10 km away. Here we recommend not only the enjoyment of an original   Danish Pølser, but also a trip to Møgeltønder to Schackenborg Castle with   the impressive castle garden - get to know the Baltic Sea: a trip to the beautiful Fördestadt Flensburg is always worthwhile! - The "Nolde" Museum can be reached in 15 minutes (CAR).
