Welcome to our happy place, The Lazy Lakehouse - private and cozy lakefront stay. Just Remodeled with modern conveniences. Sit on the dock and relax with a book and take in the sunset. The space includes a king bed, two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Lake June in Winter is a sandy bottom, spring fed recreation lake. Bring your boat and tie up to enjoy Fishing, Waterskiing, wakeboarding, or enjoying the sandbar on the weekends with friends. No smokers. Guest access The entire home is available. Shed is locked and not available for use. Dock is available for use. Please do not use or touch the boat lifts. They are not available for use in any way. Other things to note We have installed a mosquito misting system to keep away the pesky mosquitos, midges and other lake bugs so you can come and enjoy your stay and spend more time outdoors. There are 3 outdoor security cameras. One faces the road to cover the driveway, one faces the dock and covers the sea wall area, and a ring doorbell. There are not any security cameras inside or that face inside the home for our renter's privacy. No smokers. One small pet is allowed and must be disclosed in the booking. We charge $100 extra pet fee to allow for extra cleaning, sanitation and home preparation for a pet. Absolutely no parties. There is a maximum capacity of 6 people unless otherwise communicated with the host. If the host approves, additional persons may visit over the 6 person capacity. This is at the host's discretion. Lake June Pontoon has boats and jetski's for rental. After booking, I am happy to provide your party a 10% discount code.
