The main floor offers a gourmet kitchen, a large dining room table for enjoying meals with family and friends, and large living room area. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with all appliances, and cutlery! Enjoy coffee by the carafe or the pod. Evergreen is known for the beautiful scenery, peacefulness, and if you love art, music, or theater, this small town is perfect for you. In summer, one of the best farmer markets in the area sets up in Evergreen each week. For outdoor adventure, try the Mount Evens Scenic By-Way, or hike the 3 Sisters park. The golfing at the Evergreen Golf Course is amazing. The Evergreen Lake is a great place to take a walk or rent a boat. While out in Evergreen you will see the ever present heard of Elk. Although this home is located on a county-maintained road, it is required that guests have an All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4 wheel drive vehicle from October 1st through April 3oth.
