If you would like to interact with our friendly dogs, goats and chickens, feel free to join us during our "evening chores" 30 minutes before dusk every afternoon. To avoid disruption to our animals' routine we are not able to allow interactions at other times. This listing is for our Guest Suite attached to the main home. All outdoor areas are shared with other guests along with me and my husband. ****Please review all of the house rules before requesting to book. Make yourself at home and enjoy your private guest suite! The guest suite is part of the main home but is separated with its own entrance and covered patio. Guests will have shared access to all common areas including: Covered Patios Seating Areas Hot Tub Outdoor Kitchen with Charcoal Grill (charcoal not provided). Horseshoe Pit Bean Bag Toss To ensure private use for all guests, the hot tub is on a sign-up basis in 45 minute time slots: every hour on the hour for 45 minutes. The outdoor kitchen is on a sign-up basis in 90 minute time blocks. Use of the outdoor kitchen is not available after 6:30 p.m. Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. If you would like interact with our friendly dogs, goats & chickens, feel free to join us during our "evening chores" 30 minutes before dusk every afternoon. We are located in the small rural town of New River, just outside the Phoenix city limits. We are away from the hustle & bustle, yet close enough to everything. Our property is located in a rural area with no public transportation. Please do not arrive via Uber & Lyft. They are not reliable in this area and you may be stranded. NON-SMOKING (including cigars, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) and PET FREE guests ONLY! (NO EXCEPTIONS) No additional visitors are allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Check-in end time is 6:00 pm. We are not able to check guests in after that time. Please plan travel acccordingly. Guest parking is located approximately 100' from the suite and requires walking on flat gravel. There is one step up to entrance of suite.
