We supply an electric skillet, a gas grill with side burner and pots and pans, an electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker plus coffee pods and creamers/sweeteners, and a microwave. Stocked with cookbooks, Cooking oil, vinegar, foil, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, spices, pancake mix, syrup, butter, trail bars, ramen, instant oatmeal, hot chocolate mix. Guest access You may access the laundry facilities attached to the house and are welcome to use the supplies located there as well. (3 Wal-Marts are 20 minutes in any direction) Charlie’s Stone Crabs (this seafood market is close and good, try the smoked fish dip; the restaurant next door is ordinary in our opinion) THINGS TO DO River Ventures Snorkeling/Swim with or see the Manatees Fun 2 Dive Snorkeling/Swim with or see the Manatees Three Sisters Springs Visitor Center, at the visitor center, ask about parking—the spring itself is close enough to ride a bike. The spring is a beautiful attraction and you’ll see manatees. Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park Underwater observatory; “alligators, black bears, red wolf, key deer, flamingoes, whooping cranes and the oldest hippopotamus in captivity.” Crystal River Archaeological State Park This is an inexpensive ($3 per car) and interesting place. Walk the paths, read about the history, go up on the big mound for beautiful views of the Crystal River. Bring the bug spray. We are a 3-minute walk from it and go there all the time with our dog! HIKING Crystal River Preserve State Park Eco-Walk Cross Florida Greenway - Withlacoochee Bay Trail Churchhouse Hammock Trail 7 Mile Loop Trailhead Crystal River Preserve State Park Crystal River Preserve State Park BEACH Fort Island Gulf Beach, 14 mi—just turn right off of Woodward and drive until you get there.
