Spend the rest of your day fishing in the pond, walking through the woods, or taking a dip in the swimming pool. Put the perfect ending on your day by relaxing in the 4-person hot tub! The house features a cozy living room with comfy furniture, large TV, and electric fireplace; a gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and 8-foot long granite island/bar. The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, sitting area with sofa and TV, and huge garden tub in the bathroom. Second and third bedrooms provide a queen-size and full-size bed. The laundry room includes a full size washer & dryer, laundry detergent, iron & ironing board. Room for boat parking. Boat washing available. *** NOTE: Our nightly base rate is for four people. Each additional guest is $25 per night per guest. *** ONE MORE THING: The water on the property is a self-contained pond, no ocean access. Other things to note Your GPS may route you to our place by way of Ozello Trail. Do not use that route, as Winterset Avenue is blocked from that direction. Instead, come by way of Ft. Island Trail.
