This is a place for a memorable summer in Maine, with a private dock, two kayaks, a pair of stand-up paddleboards, and a canoe to take out on the water daily. Sunday River Resort is open for all seasons with an on-site dock and is great for canoeing and outdoor activities. This lakefront home boasts a quiet, rural setting just over two miles outside downtown Norway. The incredible lake view can be taken in as you prepare breakfast in the kitchen, grill and dine on the expansive back deck, and gather around the firepit each evening for s'mores, stories, and stargazing. The living spaces are spread out across three floors, with wood-paneled walls adding warmth and character throughout. The great room combines the well-equipped kitchen (with a large breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances), the dining area, and a cozy living room with a big-screen TV and a leather sectional. For even more at-home fun, head downstairs to the game room in the walk-out basement to find air hockey, foosball, and another TV. Additional features include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and window air-conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW Three smart TVs area available. No Vaping allowed. Guest access You'll find a lockbox attached to the wall in the garage overhang, leading up to the glass front door. Enter the code provided in your welcome email to open it and retrieve your key. Self-check-in means you can head straight to the unit and let yourself in with the access code from your arrival email. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If an early check-in or late checkout is available, you'll receive an email or SMS offer. Other things to note Trash service picks up once weekly from the exterior bins located under the garage overhang. Collections happen Monday through Friday during daytime hours, and the crew will pull bins discreetly. Your stay includes complimentary start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You're responsible for any additional supplies you need during your stay. The unit is stocked with sheets, bedding, and towel sets. Backups are stored throughout the home, and beach towels are in the second floor hall closet.
