The main bedroom has a private attached bath. There are 2 living rooms, a study, and a sunroom to spread out and relax and take in the expansive water views of the Chesapeake Bay. Guest access Enjoy 1.6 acres right on the Chesapeake Bay. There is a large fenced in back yard. Enjoy the private pier to fish or just relax and take in the sights and the wildlife. The property has a rip-rap shoreline with a small cove with steps leading down to the water. Feel free to use the 2-person kayak, stand-up paddle boards, and bikes to explore the island by land or sea. There are lifejackets and bike helmets for both children and adults. Private driveway with parking for 3 cars. Other things to note This is a small town with wonderful local eateries, marinas and a country store that has all the basics. The closest full grocery store is located in St. Michael's (Graul's Market). Easton is a 30 minute drive and has Target, multiple Grocery Stores, and anything else you may need for a relaxing escape away.
