The spacious living area, with its soaring vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows, invites the breathtaking mountain landscape inside. Cozy up by the inviting gas fireplace in the living room. The well-appointed kitchen, equipped with high-end Frigidaire stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, is a culinary haven, stocked with all you need for gourmet delights. On the main floor, discover a convenient full bathroom and a welcoming Queen size bedroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a true delight, featuring a bespoke King size bed crafted from Aspen trees grown on the property. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat with its dual vanity, shower, and indulgent jetted tub. A loft space offers panoramic mountain views, an inviting spot for relaxation, work, or even a restful nap on the Full size futon. The ground floor is a paradise for entertainment seekers, boasting a pool table, a well-stocked dry bar, a 65" smart TV with gaming console, and an assortment of engaging board games. Step outside to find additional seating where you can soak up the fresh mountain air. Laundry facilities and a comfortable Queen size bedroom round out this level. And the cherry on top of your mountain escape? A bubbling hot tub that seats six, where you can unwind and stargaze after an adventure-filled day. Your mountain retreat promises relaxation, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire log cabin. Other things to note Four-wheel drive is recommended at all times of the year and is mandatory from October-April. The Indigo Lodge is accessed through well maintained dirt county roads. Mountain weather can be unpredictable at times and it's best to be prepared. Colorado mountain weather often includes snow and icy driving conditions. Snowy weather can occur from fall to spring with heavy accumulations of up 24” in a single day. The roadway to the cabin is regularly plowed, however please exercise safe driving. Towing is not part of our service offering. The roadway is shared with other area property owners and must not be blocked at any time. Please be sure your parked vehicle allows room for passage. The property is located 9,600 feet above sea level, so be mindful of the altitude and drink plenty of water before and during your visit. Wildlife enhances the mountain experience; please be aware and respectful. Hunting is not allowed. NO FIRES are permitted on the property regardless of county guidelines. Motorized recreational vehicles (quads, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, etc) are not allowed off-road on the property. There are nearby trails in Teller county where riding is welcome!
