We propose to you to rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels extra, Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation consists of the following: - A 13 m² living room with sofa, TV (SFR channels) and dining area - A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, Tassimo coffee maker... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a TV (SmartTV on which you can only connect your personal accounts such as NetFlix - SFR and TNT channels not available) - A mezzanine bedroom area with two single beds and the possibility of putting a travel cot. - A bathroom (bathtub) - A separate toilet Outdoor: - A balcony of about 5 m² facing southwest, equipped with garden furniture and a parasol to enjoy the sunny days For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Free Wifi available - The apartment is entirely non-smoking (including the balcony). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
