Things to know: ✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement. ✅ The ground leading from parking to the loft can be uneven and the walkways are gravel. Also, entry to the loft requires climbing a flight of stairs. ✅ There is one other building on the property which may be occupied, but your spaces are entirely private from each other and you will likely not see nor interact with the other occupants. ✅ For your safety, there are security cameras on the parking area and entrance path. There are no cameras in the loft or hot tub area. Your hot tub is for your private use and is screened except toward the water (to allow for a view of the ocean). You'll have exclusive use of the terrace in front of the loft and the private fenced garden. Other things to note The Mendocino coast here is wild and rural. The property is often visited by wildlife including deer, foxes, large birds and more. Be prepared to enjoy the unexpected!
