Furthermore, the Warhol is situated in a prime location with views of the surrounding mountains and foothills and swift access to recreational areas. Our perfect locale will suit both your outdoor and urban needs. The space The large three-story design gives you more than enough space and light. The high ceilings create a unique layout to attract anyone, and we guarantee you will love the authentic loft design, which is unlike anything in the residential marketplace. On the first floor you can find our large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with a tastefully designed living room area. The mezzanine above includes two queen sized beds along with washer and dryer for your convenience. Finally, the master bedroom is on the third floor and includes its own bathroom and king-sized bed, with a large private deck, deck furniture, outdoor heater, views of the mountains. We have G- Fiber which provides super high-speed Wifi. We also offer storage space for any equipment you may want to bring, such as skis and snowboards. Guest access The space is open for your use. Other things to note Only 11 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 30 minutes from Snowbird Ski Resort, our loft is situated in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. A variety of crowd-pleasing restaurants, bars, shops, are within walking distance. Just walk down the stairs and enjoy a drink and/or a delectable meal at the new and popular restaurant/bar - Franklin Ave Cocktails and Kitchen located within the same building. Additionally, we are within walking distance of the City Creek and The Gateway Malls where you can find many popular clothing retailers, eateries, movie theatres and other venues. Just two blocks away from the loft is Harmon's Grocery, the neighborhood grocer/supermarket where you can order food for delivery or pick-up, post your mail, and buy fresh flowers. If you enjoy sports, our lofts are situated just a short 6-minute drive (20-minute walk) from the Vivint Sports Arena where Utah's basketball team, The Utah Jazz, play and where concerts are hosted. With many events coming in the near future such as the Sundance Film Festival, Concerts and Festivals, our space offers the ideal location for any of your desires or interests. Because we are a downtown Salt Lake location, it is an urban setting. There may be noise from ongoing construction, traffic, and downtown businesses.
