The beach of Conca Verde is characterized by fine golden sand and some boulders along the beach. The sea, extremely clear and crystalline, has beautiful colors that vary between emerald green and blue. The beach is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is also possible to rent umbrellas, deck chairs, dinghies and pedal boats. White dominates the interiors of this charming villa interspersed with touches of marine-inspired colours that immediately convey an atmosphere of holiday and relax. Villa Onyx, completely renovated, expresses the right compromise between modern and rustic at the same time. The villa is on two levels not communicating with each other internally. In the first level we are welcomed by the living area that opens onto a scenic and spacious loggia that frames the landscape and a well-kept garden where there is the swimming pool. A magnificent outdoor space set up so you can be experienced during all hours of the day and enjoy the breathtaking panorama it offers. The kitchen, fully equipped, remains separate and has a small breakfast corner with access to the outside zone. The first level is completed by two bedrooms, one double and one with single bed, both with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor opens onto the garden and is equipped with a large and open living area, another lovely kitchen furnished in vintage style and three double bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy a pleasant and well-kept garden that, in addition to hosting the swimming pool with solarium, offers corners designed for conviviality and relax immersed in the beautiful surrounding scenery. The property is also complete with parking for two cars, external shower, WiFi connection, alarm system and air conditioning in every room. Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double beds 1 bedroom with 1 single bed NOTE: The rental price includes a compulsory tidy up service twice a week, 3 hours per day. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €3.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
