Apartment located in a prime area of the city and close to the 🏖️ (3 minutes by car; 6 minutes 🚶 by the trail, the use of which will depend on its conditions during the stay; and 15 minutes 🚶 by the Avenue), restaurants, pizzerias, malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty salons, etc. The condominium has a covered parking space, a ballroom, a swimming pool, 24-hour security cameras, an electronic gate and an elevator. The space The property has a small view of the 🏖️, work and study area with Wi-Fi internet available (FREE AND UNLIMITED), in addition to being 3 (three) minutes by car from Praia Litorânea, where the carnival previews and Carnival with unmissable attractions take place every year. The apartment is ventilated, airy and quiet. It is furnished by new furniture and household utensils; and appliances in perfect condition. For added security and convenience to guests, the property has a key safe and electronic lock, providing an independent and practical check-in and checkout. 🚫We do not accept pets. #Some of our Basic Items and Amenities: we have bedding, table and bath linen for all beds and guests; 01 (one) pillow for each guest (extra quantity upon prior request); toilet paper; hand and body soaps; coffee in capsule and powder; sugar; sweetener and jellies. - Kitchen: marble counter, fridge, filter, stove 04 (four) mouths with carbon monoxide detector, sugar, traditional coffee maker and capsule, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, air fry and electric kettle. Guest access Apartment, party room, swimming pool, barbecue area and garage. Other things to note In order to encourage conscious energy consumption, 10 (ten) kilowatts/day are made available to the guest(s). If the guest uses the air conditioner for 10 (ten) to 12 (twelve) hours a day (it is the appliance that consumes the most energy), they will be comfortably within this limit. NOTE: There is NO need for the guest to restrict themselves in the use of appliances/electronics. If it happens to be exceeded (a very remote situation), there will be a charge of only R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt exceeded; which, depending on the specific case, may even be waived for the guest.
