Enjoy this cozy, fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment with a great location on the sea block in Balneário Camboriú. We have a suite with a queen-size bed, a bedroom also with a queen-size bed and two single mattresses. Both rooms are air-conditioned with split air-conditioning, a smart TV in the living room and a TV with access to streaming services in the bedroom, a private garage in a nearby building, and kitchen utensils. The space LOCATION This space is located in the Thomas Barichello Fischer Building, which is on the street one thousand and six hundred, number eighty-seven. Less than a minute walk to the beach sand and about 2 minutes walk to the central boardwalk. HOMES The apartment has an en-suite and one more bedroom. In total, two queen-size beds and two separate single mattresses. Air-conditioned room, two rooms and Smart TV. Kitchen equipped with basic dining utensils, coffee maker, blender and sandwich maker. Laundry with washing machine and place to dry clothes, we also have ironing iron and hair dryer. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are three split conditioned ares, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY Wifi Internet with good speed of the apartment, suitable for home office. Smart TV in the living room and TV with access to streaming services in one of the bedrooms. GARAGE A private garage space that holds even a normal van in a building about 250 meters away. If necessary, I and my team will be able to help you rent an extra spot in nearby parking lots. Note: Unfortunately the TVs in the apartment do not take open channels and there is no cable TV. Note²: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use both showers in hot water at the same time. Note: There is an apartment under construction in the building and there may be noise during business hours. Other things to note ____________________ REGISTRATION FORM: In order to be cleared for entry into the condominium, all guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and document data prior to entering the building. ____________________ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 2:30 p.m. It is possible to check the availability of early check-in one day before the day of your arrival. For an extra fee, you can purchase an early check-in and can enter the apartment from 7 a.m. on. ____________________ DEPARTURE TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m., and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises. ____________________ NIGHT ARRIVAL: Entries after 6 p.m. are not preferably made in person and the two-stop method is used.
